This fantastic property is situated at 10 minutes' drive from Casoli, in Abruzzo region. Casoli is a very pretty hilltop town of approximately 5.000 citizens. The town is lively, there are activities all year around, including a weekly street market, a hospital, several restaurants, and a local brewery.

Casoli has an elevation of 378 meters above sea level. The Trabocchi coast, an Unesco World Heritage Site, is just 29 km far.

The property we propose is situated in a very private location, a panoramic spot, in the countryside of Casoli. The property overlooks all the surrounding hills and mountains. Despite being in a private location, the property is easily reachable through a paved road.

This country property is composed by two separate buildings, one is the main house that measures 215 sqm. Then there is the second building measuring 120 sqm; This second building has been divided into three separate habitable units used as vacation rentals.
