Character stone house with panoramic view. Palmoli.

The house is dated back to the eighteenth century, it is completely made of stone, with fantastic vaulted ceilings and cotto tiles. The house is located in Palmoli, a small medieval village perched on a hill with fantastic views, at just 30 minutes' drive from the Adriatic coast, in the province of Chieti, in Abruzzo.

The house is composed by two floors. On the ground floor we find a room with an original fountain carved into the rock and a large kitchen with traditional wood oven and a large fireplace. The kitchen opens on the back of the house where there is a little panoramic terrace with amazing view across the mountains and the surrounding villages. The kitchen also avails of a storage room used as a larder. Upstairs we find two large double bedrooms with panoramic view and a bathroom that has been recently restored.

The structure of the house is solid, but inside needs some internal revamping and decoration.
