This old stone house is located in the outskirt of Torricella Peligna, in a beautiful location with great panoramic view. The house is completely made of stone, structure and roof in perfect conditions.

The house measures 90 sq m. It is composed by two floors. On ground floor level we find a kitchen with fireplace and traditional cotto tiles. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a large stone room with fantastic vaulted ceilings.
