The house we want to propose is located in Castelguidone, a picturesque hilltop village on the Abruzzo hills, in Chieti province.

The house is composed by three floors and measures approximately 90 sqm. 

The main entrance is situated on the right side of the building, an external staircase leads to the main door that opens into a traditional kitchen with fireplace, ceramic sink under the window, built-in cupboards and an unusual floor with red tiles creating a striped effect.

From the kitchen we access a bedroom with beautiful authentic cementine tiles with floral pattern and en-suite bathroom with shower facilities.

A staircase situated in the kitchen, takes us on the second floor where we find other two bedrooms and a toilet, this part of the house needs some painting and general revamping.

The house also avails of a ground floor; the main entrance is situated on the front side of the building.

On the ground floor there is a cellar featuring traditional exposed stone and vaulted ceilings. The cellar is also internally connected to the kitchen by a wooden staircase.

The house needs some maintenance and cosmetic works; the roof was completely restored in 2022.

Water, gas and electricity are connected. The property avails of central heating system.
