Charming stone house with beautiful characteristic details, in Molise.

This pretty stone house is located in the historic centre of Montefalcone nel Sannio at only 30 minutes' drive from the Adriatic coast. The village is close to the Trigno river, which separates the Abruzzo region from the Molise region. Montefalcone nel Sannio is a typical hilltop town of medieval origins, with shops, cafes and other facilities.

The house stands on two floors and measures approximately 90 sqm.

At the entrance, on the ground floor, we find a small hall that leads to the kitchen and to the full bathroom with shower. The kitchen area features beautiful and restored vaulted ceilings with exposed bricks, a traditional fireplace built with wooden beams and an ancient wood stove. Next to the kitchen we find the living room with characteristic cementine tiles on the floor and a French balcony overlooking the town centre and the surrounding green hills.
