The house we want to propose is located in Castelguidone, a pretty hilltop village on the Abruzzo hills, in Chieti province. The village offers a breathtaking panorama of the Trigno valley, not far from the border with Molise. Castelguidone is characterized by picturesque alleys made of flight of steps and by beautiful stone houses.

The house is composed by two floors and measures 60 sqm. A properly staircase needs to be installed to connect the two floors. On the ground floor we find a large room that can be used as a kitchen / living room. This room avails traditional exposed stone and old fireplace that needs to be restored. Adjacent to this open space we find a room with vaulted ceilings.

Upstairs we find an open space room with new ceilings and new roof with exposed wooden beams. The roof has been renovated and well insulated. This first floor should be used as a master bedroom.

The house needs internal finishing: to be rewired, to install a bathroom, to plaster and pave, to sandblast the stone on the internal walls to make it habitable.

The house avails also of a cellar with vaulted ceilings, exposed bricks, traditional wood burning oven and old toilette. This cellar can be connected to the rest of the house.

Outside the house has been completely renovated, the stone sandblasted and installed new outdoor windows.
