The house we propose is situated in the historic centre of the town, very close to the beautiful castle of Civitacampomarano, and next to the historical home of Vincenzo Cuoco, a famous Italian writer of the 19th century, now converted into a museum.

This town house is a semi-detached house of two floors, plus a cellar in the basement. There are two entrances: the first from the main street from which you access the basement, and the second in the adjacent alley from which you access the first floor, where there are the living room and the kitchen.

Starting from the bottom, we find a cellar in the basement where the boiler is located. On the ground floor there is a room with a thermo-fireplace, useful for feeding the central heating system. Next to this room, there is another small room used as a second kitchen and, along a corridor full of storage cabinets, there is a small bathroom.

Going up to the first floor we have the main kitchen with panoramic window and fireplace. Next to it there is a living room with balcony overlooking the historic center, and a small storage room.

On the second floor we found two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a little balcony and one little bedroom with a panoramic view. On this same floor we also have a large bathroom with both shower and tub.

The house is in good condition, it does not need any renovation work. Water, electricity and gas are all available. Radiators are installed in the first and in the second floor, not in the basement. The property is sold all furnished.

This property is located in  Civitacampomarano, a small town at 45 minutes’ drive from the Adriatic coast. The town is very pretty with characteristic small lanes decorated with plants, flowers and pretty details. There are two grocery stores, butcher selling only local meat, local cheeses and farm to table yogurt. The town also avails of an ice cream shop, two coffee shops and a restaurant. There is also a nice castle with a museum. The town is well known for its murals artwork and the yearly summer festival of murals.
