This beautiful town house is situated in the historic centre of Vasto, at 2,5 km from the beach and 2 minutes walking distance from the lively city centre. The house avails of two floors.

On the ground floor we find a large sitting room with original vaults dated back to the 1300. On this same floor we also find a large bedroom with the same characteristic vaults.

A staircase takes to the upper floor where we find a second sitting room with balcony, a kitchen with built in furniture and a sitting area with balcony. On this floor the house avails of two bedrooms. The master bedroom avails of a balcony. On this floor we also find a bathroom with shower box. The town of Vasto is of truly ancient origin, apparently founded by the Greek hero, Diomedes. Divided in Marina de Vasto and Vasto Alta, Vasto is both a popular seaside resort and attractive hill town, this latter boasting spectacular views of the sea below. Vasto Alta still conserves traces of its time as important Roman municipal town, including the ruins of a theatre, thermal baths and various public buildings.
