Pollutri is a picturesque town in the province of Chieti, Abruzzo, ideally positioned between the sea and the mountains. The renowned beaches of the Costa dei Trabocchi are just 10 km away, while the ski resorts of the Majella National Park can be reached in approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. The property also benefits from excellent connections to nearby towns: Casalbordino (5 km), Vasto (15 km) and Pescara (65 km), as well as a train station just 9 km away.
