The house is located in the historic centre of Mafalda, a town in Molise region at 23 km from the Adriatic coast. The town avails of all basic facilities: shops, post office, bars, restaurants and also bus service to the coast.

The house is terraced, is free on two sides sides and stands on three floors. On the first floor where the main entrance is located we find a hallway, a kitchen with a fireplace in working conditions, a living room and a toilet.

In this house, the second floor can be reached from the kitchen, by a spiral staircase. Here we find a master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the village and a pretty little square, on this same floor we find a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower facilities.
