The house is situated in the historic center of Castiglione Messer Marino, a characteristic lively commune in the mountains of Abruzzo region.

The house stands on three floors and measures approx.  100 sqm. It avails of windows with panoramic views across the surrounding mountains.

The main entrance is on the ground floor and opens into a corridor with access to the adjacent kitchen with its separate entrance from the street, the bathroom with shower and the staircase.

The staircase takes us to the first floor where we find a large living room with a perfectly working fireplace, very bright thanks to two windows that provide plenty of natural light and face the mountains and village view.

The walls of the corridor, the staircase, the living room and the master bedroom are covered by wooden boiserie, the boiserie gives to the house a mountain cottage look, it is possible to paint the boiserie or simply remove it.
