The property we would like to propose is situated in Fraine, a small village at approximately fifty minutes’ drive from the Adriatic coast.

 The house is completely made of stone and stands on four levels. It avails of two entrances.

The main entrance is on the second floor and opens into a kitchen with a beautiful original fireplace and a ceramic sink under the window. Adjacent living room avails of the balcony enjoying a fantastic panoramic view on the surrounding hills and villages.

The staircase leads us to the third floor where we find a large staircase landing perfect as an office space or a sofa bed for guests. The floor is covered by original cement tiles. On this same floor there is a bedroom with cement tiles on the floor and a toilet.

The second entrance is located on the other side of the house on ground floor. There is a kitchen with a ceramic sink and a full bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor we find a large bedroom that avails of vaulted ceilings and arches and a landing with a ceramic sink and wooden stairs.

All the levels are internally connected.

The structure is very solid, although the house needs internal revamping and general maintenance works.
