Petite town house with with a breathtaking view, near the Adriatic coast. San Buono

The property is situated in San Buono, a village at 25 km from the Adriatic coast. The village offers facilities including restaurants, coffee shops, hospital, outdoor weekly market, doctors and more.

The main entrance of the house is situated on the ground floor and it opens into a kitchen with a panoramic balcony facing the surrounding hills and countryside, in the kitchen we find a wood burning stove. Adjacent to the kitchen we find a bedroom and a small bathroom.

From the kitchen a door opens into a cellar at raw state where we find a wood burning oven, a fireplace and also the hot water boiler.
