The house stands on four floors and it measures 150 sqm excluding the internal wall and staircase.

The entrance opens into a long corridor that leads to the kitchen with fireplace and panoramic balcony with view across the hills and the countryside.

Along the corridor we find a beautiful dining room with vaulted ceilings and a staircase that takes us to the first floor.

On the first floor we find three bedrooms, one avails of a balcony overlooking the main street and characteristic black and white floor.

On this floor we find a completely new bathroom with shower and a terrace with stunning panoramic view.

The building avails of two semibasement floors internally connected to the house. On the first semibasement floor we find a beautiful kitchen with fireplace, a storage room, a workshop room and a small toilette, this floor avails of independent entrance located on the back of the house.
