The house is situated in the pretty village of Castiglione Messer Marino, a characteristic lively village in the mountains of Abruzzo Region.

This lovely town house stands on three floors, it measures approx. 80 sqm.

The main entrance is located on the ground floor and opens into an entrance hall and an hallway, along witch we find a kitchenette and a small toilet. On the same floor we also find a small cellar.
