Ancient palazzo dated back to the 1700 in need of restoration.

The property we want to propose is a large palazzo dated back to the 1700 that needs complete restoration. The palazzo stands on three floors and measures approximately 320 sqm.

The entrance is located on the ground floor where we find four linked cellars built in the rock with exposed stones and wooden beams.

A large staircase, that was once frescoed, leads to the first floor where we find an old kitchen with black marble fireplace and a living room with cotto tiles.

On this same floor we also find three large rooms with vaulted ceilings and exposed wooden beams.

On the second floor we find two large salons with panoramic balconies and decorated tiles. On this same floor we find other 4 bedrooms, two of them with ancient decorated tiles on the floor.

In the 18th century, this was the home of the Archbishop. Inside the palace, in fact, we find a tunnel carved into the stone that leads directly to the Cathedral of the village. This was the hidden way of the Archbishop to reach the cathedral.

The palazzo needs complete restoration, especially the roof and the ceilings.
