The house is located in the historic centre of Mafalda, a town in Molise region at 23 km from the Adriatic coast. The town avails of all basic facilities: shops, post office, bars, restaurants and also bus service to the coast.

The house is semidetached, is free on three sides and stands on three floors. On the first floor where the main entrance is located we find a kitchen with a fireplace in working conditions, a living room with a stove and view on the surrounding hills and  the Adriatic sea.

On the second floor we find two bedrooms, one avails of a balcony with view, and a toilet in need of renovation. Complete the floor a small terrace accessible from the outside by a gate.

The ground floor is reacheble through an external staircase. Here we find a beautiful stone cellar of approximately 35 sqm.

 Water, gas and electricity are connected. For the heating there are two stoves powered by gas.

The roof was restored in 2014 and is in perfect condition.

The house needs some internal renovation, maintenance and cosmetic works.
