Four-bedroom character stone house with cellar and mountain view. Carunchio.

The house is situated in a very central location, at walking distance from all the services that the village of Carunchio has to offer.  Carunchio is a hilltop village at 35 minutes’ drive from the Adriatic coast and is surrounded by lush countryside and woods.

The house stands on three floors. The main entrance is an original carved arch stone door that opens into a landing with a small bathroom and a staircase that leads us to the first floor where we find a large traditional and full of character kitchen. It avails of vaulted ceilings, original tiles, traditional wood burning oven and fireplace in perfect working condition. The kitchen also avails of a traditional wood burning cooker. It is very bright thanks to two windows that provides a lot of natural light. Adjacent living room has vaulted ceilings and original flooring.

On the second floor we find a large master bedroom with two windows and a single bedroom, both availing of vaulted ceilings.

On the third floor there are two bedrooms. The larger one avails of a balcony with a spectacular view of the surrounding hills and countryside.

Electricity and water are connected. The house does not avail of the central heating system. It needs to be restored.
