This characteristic stone house of the early 1800 is situated in the historic centre of Tufillo, a cute little hilltop village in the hills of Abruzzo, bordering with Molise region, at 30 minutes drive from the Adriatic Sea.

The house stands on three floors. The main entrance opens on a large room with fireplace and vaulted ceilings. From this room we enter a second large room measuring 25 sqm; this room enjoys an incredible sea and countryside view.

A staircase leads to the first floor where we find a traditional hall with cotto tiles and a small balcony facing the main square of the village. On this floor we find two bedrooms, one with view across the hills and the Adriatic Sea, the other facing the village.
