Inside we have Polished concrete floors throughout with white rendered walls. There is a kitchen area with everything you will need for a stay and a fabulous fully working fireplace. As you move up the stairs to the main space you will see 14ft high ceilings with reconditioned beams, a wood burner and a very large space, with an air condoning unit. The hand sculpted bathroom and WC is also on this level. You then can walk through to the balcony overlooking th e Abruzzo Hills and the main village square. On the top floor, walking up hand made rustic feeling stairs you will enter the bedroom with a King Bed and Air Conditioning.

This property was renovated from a ruin over the course of the last year and truly offers a magical feel to anyone stepping inside it.
