Traditional stone house with terrace and fanced garden.

This large stone house is situated in the outskirt of San Felice del Molise, at 30 minutes' drive from the Adriatic coast.

The house avails of two floors. The main entrance is situated on the ground floor where we find a large room with vaulted ceilings used as a storage space and wine cellar. On this floor there is also a bathroom.

On the upper floor we find a large kitchen with fireplace and vaulted ceiling, a dining room connected to the kitchen, a large master bedroom with panoramic balcony, a second bedroom with direct access to the terrace and a third bedroom with balcony. All the bedrooms avail of vaulted ceilings. On this same floor we find a second bathroom.

The structure of the house is very solid, but internally it needs complete renovation.

On the ground floor there are two large garages and a fenced garden.

Water and electricity are connected.

Situated on a hill dominating the surrounding valleys, due to its privileged location, the small village of San Felice del Molise offers a wonderful panorama that extends from the Tremiti islands to the Gargano, from Monte Mauro to the border with the Abruzzo region, from which it is divided by the river Trigno. The lands are mainly cultivated with olive groves and vineyards. The charming old town features typical medieval stone houses and narrow streets. It is one of three municipalities of Molise inhabited by a Croatian minority.
