Character stone house with sea view in Palmoli. Abruzzo.

This traditional town house is completely made of stone, outside the stone are visible while on the inside the stone walls have been plastered. The structure of the house is very solid with thick walls and roof in perfect conditions.

The house avails of two floors. On the first floor we find a large living room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and panoramic hills and mountain view. Adjacent to the living room we find the kitchen with original cotto tiles, fireplace and character details. On the second floor the house avails of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The village of Palmoli sits perched on an isolated hill towering over the western side of the river Treste at an altitude of 727 meters. There is easy access to the Trignina valley and main road that runs towards the sea, at less than 30 minute’s drive and the medieval city of Vasto or towards Molise region.
