The house is situated in Palmoli, at walking distance from shops and facilities. The village of Palmoli is located in a hilly internal area, a few kilometres from the Adriatic coast, which is well connected with good roads. The Marquis Castle is the most impressive landmark and significant throughout the village and in 1928 was declared a national monument.

This town house avails of two floors and measures 65 sqm. On the ground floor we find a kitchenette with dining area and fireplace. Adjacent to the dining area we find a sitting room with panoramic balcony enjoying a stunning sea view. Both rooms avail of vaulted ceilings. These two rooms can be easily connected because they are separated by a thin partition wall.

Upstairs, on the first floor, we find two large bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms enjoys a lovely panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding hills. The house avails of central heating system. The house does not need any restoration.
