This townhouse is situated in Tavenna, in the Province of Campobasso, in the Molise region of Italy. Tavenna is a little village that lies on a hill at the heart of a fascinating mountainous area, at 30 minutes drive from the sea. In the village there are bakery, pizzeria, bar, post office, pharmacy, supermarket, a truffle delicatessen, and weekly market.

The house measures 60 sq m, it avails of two levels. On the ground floor we find a kitchen with fireplace and adjacent to the kitchen there is a living room. The wall between the two rooms can easily be demolished to have a large open space. On this floor there is also a small room with cotto tiles that can be used as an office or as a guest room.

On the first floor we find two large double bedrooms, both with balcony, and a bathroom. On the semi-basement floor the house avails of a cellar. The house needs some light internal revamping.
