Town house with sea view in Palmoli. Abruzzo.

Located in the tiny village of Palmoli, at 25 minutes' drive from the Adtiatic coast. Palmoli is a character hilltop village full of traditions where you can feel the true essence of rural Italy: tranquility, rural simplicity, welcoming people and excellent local cuisine.

The house is composed by three floors. On the ground floor we find a cellar and an ancient kitchen with fireplace and traditional wood oven for pizza or bread. This room opens on the small vegetable garden located on the rear. The first floor is composed by a kitchen, a living room with balcony and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms with balconies enjoying a wonderful sea view. The house is habitable but needs some internal renovation and a new bathroom.
