Habitable town house of 52 sq.m. located in the heart of the medieval centre of Carunchio, a hilltop town in the province of Chieti, Abruzzo.

The house is completely made of stone. The property stands on just one floor where we find a kitchen with a fireplace, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom that needs to be renovated and enlarged. On the basement level there is also a large stone cellar that could be connected to the kitchen. Water and electricity are connected. The house is habitable but it needs some light cosmetic works.
