Traditional stone house to restore in Colledimezzo. Abruzzo.

The house is located in the historic center of the charming village of Colledimezzo, a picturesque hill town overlooking the Bomba Lake, just 5 minutes by car, and 30 minutes from the Adriatic beaches. In the village there is a post office, bar, restaurant, pharmacy, hairdresser, doctor, florist and ATM.

The house is completely made of stone, it is composed by three floors. On the ground floor we find a cellar with exposed stone and vaulted ceilings. This room is provided of water and electricity. On the first floor we find the old kitchen with fireplace and traditional wood oven. On the second floor we find the bedroom with balcony and vaulted ceilings.

The house needs complete internal restoration, structure and roof are in perfect conditions. Water and electricity are connected.
