Town house located in the historic centre of Casalbordino, a lovely town very close to the sea. The house is located within walking distance of all the town's amenities: shops, bars and a large supermarket as well as its regular Sunday market.

The house is composed by three floors. On the ground floor we find a large vaulted ceiling room and a bathroom. On the first floor there are a kitchen with fireplace and a dining room. On the second floor a single bedroom and a double bedroom, one with stunning view across the hills and the surrounding countryside, the other with a balcony on the village. The house is characterised by vaulted ceilings, original wooden shutters and vintage details. Utilities are all connected but radiators not installed.
