This large palazzo is an antique palace dated back to the middle age, the villagers say that the foundation are 900 years old! The palazzo has been restored several times in the past 900 years. The latest restoration has been done by an American couple. They have dedicated 12 years of their life to restore the property, what they have achieved is an unique mix of Italian classic character and American modern comfort.

The house has four levels. On the basement we find an impressively large room of 82,5 sqm with fantastic vaulted ceilings and exposed bricks. The room is a renovation masterpiece, the old plasters have been carefully removed to expose the beautiful ancient bricks. All the bricks have been cleaned up and polished to look shiny and new although they are dated back to the middle age. This fantastic room avails of a kitchen area that opens on the outdoor patio, a bar corner, a sitting area and a dining area achieved into one of the natural caves.
