The apartment is part of a large manor composed by three apartments. The building is completely made of stone and the apartment has been beautifully restored keeping intact all the traditional features: exposed stones, wooden beams, wooden shutters, cotto tiles on the floor, original fireplace with wood oven, parquet floors on the bedrooms.

The apartment is composed by three floors. On the ground floor we find a large kitchen and living area opening on the back garden. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom. On the attic floor we find other two bedrooms and a second bathroom. The house avails of central heating system.

The apartment avails of a shared garden where there is a stream and large pine trees. The manor is located at just 1,5 km from Roccacaramanico, a charmic hamlet at just 13 km from the Spa resort of Caramanico Terme, in the heart of the Majella National Park.
