The house is located in Roccaspinalveti, a small town at 39 km from the Adriatic coast. The town has many facilities like bar, restaurant, shops, bank, post office, sport centre and a lively Sunday market.

The house is located in a quiet countryside area with stunning panoramic view across the hills. The house, completely made of stone, has been restored a few years ago: interior walls, the electric system and plumbing, double glazing windows, insulation, sewer and other small jobs. Utilities are all connected including the heating system. The house avails of a large living room with vaulted ceilings and fireplace, a kitchen with the same features and traditional wood oven, a bathroom, a double bedroom that opens directly on the garden and another room with stone walls that is now used as a cellar but could be easily converted in a second bedroom.
