Historic town house with garden, terrace and garage, in Gissi.

The house is situated in the historic centre of Gissi, a lively town at 26 km from the Adriatic coast. Gissi is a market town that offers plenty of facilities and services, including restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and more.

The house measures 300 sqm and avails of two independent entrances, one at the front of the house and one at the back where the garden is.

The main entrance situated on the ground floor level, leads us into a characteristic alley with original floor and beautiful handmade wrought-iron staircase’s rails.
