Characteristic town house with cellar and annex, in Tufillo.

This stone house is located in a picturesque site of the village, close to the San Vito Church. Tufillo is a village in Abruzzo, in the province of Chieti, surrounded by the green countryside. The Adriatic coast at only 25 minutes drive.

The house is full of character both inside and outside, unfortunately the current owner has neglected it a lot and it has been used as a deposit and storage space for spare items, boxes and other unwanted furniture.

The house stands on two floors and it measures 50 sqm, excluding the beautiful cellar that measures 18,50 sqm and the adjacent annex of 25 sqm.
